Investors
Over the next year Future Towns will need to raise the money to design and
build the first of a range of buildings with future proofing in mind. This will
include the Safe House and later an apartment block with all the things Future
Towns designs require. This will be a complete as possible protection against
a range of small to medium sized disasters, with an eye on the larger, rarer
disasters and a keenness and vigilance toward sustainable architecture as well.
In the first round of investment we are looking to secure £100,000 to develop
a master plan for The Safe House along with a feasibility study, and the same
for an apartment block carrying 150 apartments in a range of sizes, at an undetermined
site. The feasibility study will determine what materials are needed and how
much; the cost and the location of the land, the amount of labour needed, and
the total costs of the build, set against the resale price and therefore profit
margins.
Phase One: Master Planning and Feasibility Study.
Phase Two: Marketing/Detailed Design Phase/Location.
Phase Three: Build Phase.

Investment Statement.
An investment in Future Towns, will have the following policies and processes
to protect investors and to lay out what happens to your money once you have
invested. The investment carries a risk that you may lose some or all of your
investment.
Earnings for investors will come after phase two when the company is doing business.
The feasibility study and master plan phase (phase one), is designed to determine
the costs of the building projects and the projected income and resale value
of the units. After these studies have been completed a detailed forecast will
be made, published and distributed to investors. After these studies have been
completed investors will have an opportunity to invest in phase two.
If the estimates of income are less than the early estimates, investors must
bare in mind that their investment would have been spent in these studies.
